RETURNS

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and have the original tag. Return shipping will be at your own cost. 

Understand that every product has to be washed in cold water and no drying machine, this is the best way to preserve the prints.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGE

Refunds will only be accepted if the product is in any way defected after inspection... and we will try to find the best solution for every situation.

Products on discount will not be refunded or exchanged.

Exchange of a returned product is the best solution for us ...as we are working hard the make every customer satisfied ...If there is not any other product to your liking or the size needed not available  then a refund will be given in last resource.

Once the product has been given to the courrier company and the customer given a tracking number, Yacxilan Artwear is no longer responsable for the outcome.
