SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

◊ We work with DHL, FEDEX, ARAMEX courrier services. Shipping Worldwide takes from 5-7 days. INDIAN SPEEDPOST is also available and will be lil cheaper but time of delivery 10-15 days.

Please put in a note on your purchase order if you have a predilection.

◊ After your purchase you will receive an email with your shipping information and tracking number once the parcel is registered,

sometimes some products are done on special order so a few days will be delayed to receive your tracking but you will be notified by our team. 

◊ All International Shipments maybe subject to custom duties, taxes levied by the destination country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost of your order.

RETURN / REFUND 

◊ You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and have the original tag.

◊ Return shipping and taxes on arrival to India will be at your own cost (we will inform the customs duty amount once it reaches our shop) . 

◊ Returned products will only be exchanged with other products or will be given a credit for the next purchase.

◊ Refunds will only be accepted if the product is defected or damaged, and will be refunded once the product has been returned and inspected.

◊ Products on discount will not be refunded or exchanged.

◊ Once the product has been given to the courrier company and the customer given a tracking number, Yacxilan Artwear is no longer responsable for the outcome.
